AYRES ARCHERY BEGINNER’S MANUAL FROM THE 1930’s

AYRES ARCHERY BEGINNER’S MANUAL FROM THE 1930’s

Here is an archery manual for the beginner, pre-WW2, from Ayres sports company.

It is quite interesting to say that before man-made fibres were commonly used the company made bows from yew (Taxus baccata ) and lemonwood.

This manual has now a historical value in the development of English Archery and can  be a useful knowledge to have.
