MEDIEVAL ARMOURY AT THE BARGELLO NATIONAL MUSEUM IN FLORENCE
Recently, in my visit to Florence I had the pleasure to visit the Bargello National Museum.
The museum is included in the Machiavellian itinerary, because it contains an important collection of weapons, both military and hunting arms, dating also from Machiavelli's time.
Here are some of the weapons, some taken at close range, hopefully to show details of the construction and the craftsmanship of the makers. Mainly 13th -15th CE.
